Issue #1: The Upgrade to full version button doesn’t work
This seems to happen on devices with multiple Google Accounts. Please try the following steps:
- Reboot your device (turn it off and on again)
- Remove the account that’s not used to buy on Google Play Store
- Enter the game, proceed to upgrade normally
- Optionally, add the removed account back again
Issue #2: Purchased but still showing Ads and premium maps are locked
Possible causes:
- There is a new version of the game on Google Play Store
- Somehow the purchased local data was lost
How to fix:
- Reboot your device
- Connect to the Internet
- Enter the Google Play Store and try updating the game to the latest version
- Open the game
- If it still shows the Upgrade button, do the upgrade process again so the game will force the verification (you won’t be charged again)
Unfortunately Google’s In-App Billing still needs some improvements, and we are trying some workarounds to solve this for now.
