Upgrade to full version – Known issues

 

Issue #1: The Upgrade to full version button doesn’t work

This seems to happen on devices with multiple Google Accounts. Please try the following steps:

  1. Reboot your device (turn it off and on again)
  2. Remove the account that’s not used to buy on Google Play Store
  3. Enter the game, proceed to upgrade normally
  4. Optionally, add the removed account back again

 

Issue #2: Purchased but still showing Ads and premium maps are locked

Possible causes:

  • There is a new version of the game on Google Play Store
  • Somehow the purchased local data was lost

How to fix:

  1. Reboot your device
  2. Connect to the Internet
  3. Enter the Google Play Store and try updating the game to the latest version
  4. Open the game
  5. If it still shows the Upgrade button, do the upgrade process again so the game will force the verification (you won’t be charged again)

Unfortunately Google’s In-App Billing still needs some improvements, and we are trying some workarounds to solve this for now.
